REGISTRATION BAM 2022

The thirteen edition of the BAM will be held both as an on-site event and virtually, it will last one week (July 11 to 16, 2022) and has among its objectives: to promote and give visibility to the Colombian audiovisual industry, to deliver knowledge on the trends of the sector, to favour professional networks of contacts and facilitate the possibility of business. The BAM´s accredited participants will have access to the following activities: Connect to deal (3 days of one-on-one meetings where they will have access to an online directory and scheduling platform), BAM Disruptors, Market Sessions, One to Many, Roundtables, and the BAM NOW, amongst others.

WHO CAN REGISTER?

Individuals of legal age and/or representatives of companies from the audiovisual and/or cultural sector who can prove their professional experience in their specific field may register to participate in the Market.

REGISTRATION DATES AND FEES?

  • Virtual Fee: COP 125,000 until July 11
  • Full Fee BAMMERS/REGIONS* (On site and virtual) : COP 125,000 until July 11
  • Full Fee Early Bird (On site and virtual): COP 200,000 until June 15
  • Full Fee (On site and virtual): COP 250,000 until July 11

* Only those selected for the BAMMERS category of the years 2020 and 2021 and the participants of the BAM in the regions 2021 and BAM in the regions 2022 (ARMENIA), have access to this price.

Keep in mind that for natural and/or legal persons who register after June 26, 2022, they cannot be guaranteed to have the BAM promotional material (suitcases and printed matter) and their participation in the participant guide.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

A. COMPANIES OR LEGAL ENTITIES

Representatives of legal entities who intend to get one or more BAM 2021 accreditations must meet the following conditions:

  • Be a legal entity whose corporate purpose concerns the creation, production, distribution, promotion, sale of audiovisual and/or cultural sector related content and/or services.
  • Colombian companies: Minimum legal existence of two (2) years; be registered with the Colombia Chamber of Commerce. A certificate of incorporation and legal representation issued no later than 60 days before submission must be attached.
  • Foreign companies: Submit a similar document to the certificate of legal incorporation issued in their country.
  • Show the company’s experience according to its professional engagement in audiovisual and/or cultural industry related projects or works published, issued, circulated and/or disseminated in the media and/or business spaces. For this purpose, please attach any documents, agreements, certificates, credits, and other instruments showing your experience.

B. PROFESSIONALS OR INDIVIDUALS

Professional individuals who intend to get a BAM 2022 credential must meet the following conditions:

  • Be an individual whose track record is related to the creation, production, distribution, promotion, sale of audiovisual and/or cultural sector related content and/or services.
  • Show your professional experience based on your engagement in any audiovisual and/or cultural industry related project or work published, issued, circulated and/or disseminated in the media and/or business spaces. For this purpose, please attach any documents, agreements, certificates, credits, and other instruments showing your experience. Note: A résumé is no proof of experience.
  • Any individuals or legal entities who, having benefited from any kind of incentive provided by the Film Development Fund [FDC, in Spanish], have failed to fulfil their acquired obligations and/or have any expired agreements without a certificate of account verification due to a failure to submit and meet any agreed upon support or requirements won’t be able to participate. This restriction also applies if the co-producer, investor, donor, or any other management or production role in the project submitted by the contestant falls within the scope of the situation described herein. However, this restriction won’t apply if the non- complying person has repaid the contractually required amount applicable in such cases to the FDC, and has a certificate or agreement with Proimagenes Colombia, stating any such situation.
